Refund and Return Policy for Frostchillnari

At Frostchillnari, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund and return policy to help resolve the issue. Please carefully read the following terms to understand how our return and refund process works.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Frostchillnari within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items meet the following conditions:
- The items are in original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The items are returned in their original packaging (including any accessories, manuals, and parts).
- The items are not customized or final sale products (such as opened software or certain mobile devices).
Please note that some products, such as opened or used mobile phones, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened mobile phones and electronics (unless defective).
- Digital products, including software and downloads.
- Gift cards or promo codes.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products that are marked as final sale.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@Frostchillnari.com or call (507) 754-5046 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure the return authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
4. Return Shipping
- Customer pays for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your item, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- For defective items, Frostchillnari will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds for credit/debit card payments will be credited back to the same card.
- Refunds for PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments will be credited back to your respective account.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. Please follow the steps above to process a return.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in processing an exchange or refund at no extra charge. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
8. Special Promotions
Items purchased during special promotions, discount events, or with a promo code are subject to the same return and refund policy unless otherwise stated. Returns or exchanges of discounted items may result in the refund being issued for the discounted amount.
9. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “final sale” or clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
